SITUATION
A start-up manufacturer of pneumatic tube systems retained Marteen Greek Marketing to create a sales and marketing strategy while re-creating their brand and marketing communications materials to reflect their next step to a newly-emerging company.
ACTION
As the interim marketing vice president, I created a marketing communications strategy to better position the pneumatic tube company in their industry:
- Situation Analysis - Image and performance research which included: personal interviews, focus groups and marketing platform audit.
- Strategic Marketing Plan - Created a sales and marketing program with defined market segments while defining internal/external issues, opportunities, strategies & tactics.
- New Marketing Communications Materials - re-branded and created supporting marketing materials to reflect their new message including the design and build of a new website.
- Created a social media marketing strategy which includes email marketing, FaceBook & Twitter. Managed social media on an on-going basis.
- Implemented the new sales program in new market segment for future sales people to continue.
RESULTS
This emerging company now has a foundation in place to support a high sales volume of pneumatic tube products, deepen existing relationships, and cross-sell drive-thru products to existing and future clients.
When they are ready for a permanent marketing director, the groundwork is set.
