Kick-off Project Will Be For Bay 10 Business Park

Houston, TX June, 2010 - Marteen Greek Marketing has been selected by Parkside Capital, the Houston based real estate development firm, to head up their new marketing & communications initiatives. The first project will be to create the logo and website for Bay 10 Business Park in Baytown, Texas. Bay 10, currently under development, will be a business park for distribution firms in need of space to lease. Bay 10 is managed by a partnership between Parkside Capital and Stratford Land.
